Spencer was born in Waukesha and raised in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. He is married to Ashley, who teaches English in the Belmont School District. Spencer also has an identical twin brother, Wesley, who is an English teacher at Lancaster high school, and an older sister, Anne who is a CNA.
After attending UW-Platteville for his undergraduate education in Criminal Justice and Political Science, Spencer interned for the Platteville City Manager, and then at the Wisconsin State Capitol, in anticipation and preparation of law school.
Having recently graduated from Wisconsin Law School in 2021, Spencer and Ashley have just moved to Belmont and look forward to getting engrained in the community. As a new attorney at Kopp McKichan, LLP, Spencer will be focusing primarily in the realm of Family Law, but exploring other areas as opportunities arise.
Spencer is grateful to be back in the Platteville area, fondly recalling his time here only a short time ago. He is an avid board game hobbyist, and a loyal Packers fan.
